Redeemed Ministries’ Executive Director and Board of Directors are comprised of volunteers who are actively engaged as modern-day abolitionists. These board members are all seasoned veterans in their respective full-time careers outside of Ministries. They bring strong and stable leadership to Redeemed through their years of life, work, and ministry experience. Most importantly, they live out their commitment to ending modern-day slavery through their service.

Because of the nature of Redeemed’s involvement in human trafficking, our introductions must be vague, in order to ensure the safety of those who serve.

Dennis and his wife joined Redeemed in 2006, and worked as a team to reach out to women in the commercial sex industry. Dennis attended the United Nations’ Global Initiative to Fight Trafficking in 2008 and realized the connection between the commercial sex industry and sex trafficking. He has worked to develop many outreach, legislative, awareness, aftercare, and training projects to combat sex trafficking in the Houston area. Additionally, he has worked on numerous assignments to combat human trafficking in the state of Texas.

Bee Reid loves assisting women survivors, advocates and non-profits in the fight against human trafficking.  Her mission in life is to bring hope and healing to women survivors of Human Trafficking.

She has been through the training on Human Trafficking developed by the U.S. Dept. of Justice and put it to practice by assisting and mentoring several women survivors.  Beth has traveled to several other countries to better understand Anti-Trafficking efforts and develop relationships with international organizations.

Beth has facilitated training for other potential advocates, has done speaking engagements to bring awareness to business and church groups, and has served on the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations.  One is The Bernardo Kohler Center, which gives legal assistance to International Trafficking Victims in the state of Texas, and the other is Redeemed Ministries which operates a safe house/shelter program to help adult American survivors to regain their lives.

She clearly understands the need and difficulties surrounding this worldwide crime and brings a common sense approach, along with a Christian worldview, to the fight against Human Trafficking.

Linda was born and raised in Northern Ohio but got here to Texas as soon as she could! She’s been living in Texas since 1994. She currently lives in Spring, TX and is on staff at Faithbridge Church. From 2003 to 2007 she traveled on mission with Copperfield Baptist Church to Fortaleza, Brazil ministering to and developing a soft spot for disadvantaged women of all ages. Late in 2007, she started on staff as Assistant to the Missions Pastor at Faithbridge. They began research in 2009 on the human trafficking issue, finding a great need for ministry in the Spring/Houston area! With the help of a steering committee, which she was privileged to lead, Faithbridge began a partnership with Redeemed Ministries – sending volunteers, supplies and funds for their work. Redeemed became the first of several, Christ-centered, anti-human trafficking organizations with which Faithbridge is now partnering. Though she is now Assistant to the Executive Pastor at Faithbridge, she still works closely with Freedom Place, Free the Captives, Love146 and YMCA International in conjunction with the Missions Pastor, all of which are ministries helping survivors of human trafficking (both labor and sex trafficking) primarily in the Houston area. Linda is passionate about getting the word out that this is as big a problem for our children locally (in Houston) as it is globally. Currently, she’s volunteering to help Faithbridge launch a second campus in The Woodlands and lead a women’s discipleship group. The remainder of her spare time is spent in Katy, TX with her daughter and her husband, and her precious little grandson.
